He has frequently been described as the “Yoda” of Fixed Lines and uses his strong analytical skills to put together solutions that have positively impacted the bottom lines of many businesses.

He also has a very in-depth understanding of the Telecommunications Industry and is always up to date with the latest in this space. Smart phones and Soccer are his passion and the bent trash can outside work is a testament of the fact that no one can "Bend it like Eric”!

Luke Hill has been in the Telecommunications Industry for the past 6 years now of which 3 years he has worked with Optus Solutions. He brings to the group a vast amount of experience and has won a number or awards for customer service excellence and has also been a top performer. Luke’s enthusiasm for life is very infectious and he has a positive and proactive approach to his work. With a vast knowledge of Optus products, Luke is your man when it comes to putting together the best package. After dealing with Luke, you will attest to the fact that he ticks all the right boxes, which is why his customers always come back for more.
 
This extraordinary singer also plays the guitar and the piano. He also enjoys playing basket and football, all be it very poorly!

Jonathan has a Certificate iv in Business Management and has over 8 years of experience as an account manager and one year experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Jonathan is a fast learner and was among the top 10 Business Development Managers nationally last quarter.

This sports fanatic has strong project management skills and believes in delivering practical and viable solutions for your business. Jonathan loves listening to Jazz music and is a Libran who gets along well with Pieces and Virgos (he was told this wasn’t a profile for a speed dating website).

Nicolle Sosnovec has been in the industry for 6 years, previously working with Soul Australia / B Clear and Simple. She has varied experience working in logistics, payroll and as a Sales Manager and Area Manager. She is the newest member of our team and has been known to be very thorough in her approach to anything she takes on. She is extremely positive and vibrant and likes to take ownership of issues and sees them through to completion to the best of her ability.
 
Nicolle is quite an adventurous person and enjoys hiking, camping and basically any sort of outdoor activity. She is a foodie and loves eating out! She candidly claims that she likes to indulge in any activity, “That will keep her away from cleaning the dishes!”

Arthur Ktistakis is a high achiever who has been with Solution 1 for the past 7 years. He has a strong desire to excel and this propels him to be up to date with the latest in the Industry and provide his clients with top service on all occasions. Arthur has received numerous awards for excellence and has been among the top ten Business Development Managers nationally for many years now.

He believes customer service is what makes this industry tick and his customers couldn’t agree more! This family man enjoys the great outdoors, travelling and spending time with his beautiful daughters!

Hasan Rifat has over 19 years experience in the Telecommunications industry. Hasan brings extensive and proven expertise in sales and marketing. Prior to joining the Solution 1 team, Hasan grew the revenues of Telstra’s Indirect Channels by $80M in 12mths.

Before joining Telstra, Hasan was a senior executive in Australia’s leading phone systems manufacturer and distributor - Commander Communications Ltd, where he was able to grow the business from $90M p.a. to $206M p.a. in under 3 years. Hasan Rifat has a Masters in Business Administration and he enjoys playing poker is passionate about horses.
